Congratulations to Melissa Alagna, Bill Palmer, and Shannon McLin for successfully obtaining a reversal of an order dismissing a fraud claim their client brought against the seller of commercial property. The Second District Court of Appeal reversed the order dismissing the buyer’s complaint finding that the contract language was insufficient to waive their client’s fraud claim. The contract at issue involved the multi-million dollar purchase of a mixed-use commercial property in Clearwater, Florida.
