Florida Appeals successfully defended post-judgment orders on remand from a prior appeal, in which the trial court clarified and reasserted its unequal distribution of 100% of the mortgage debt on the marital home to the Appellant former husband. The 3d DCA agreed that the trial court correctly followed the appellate mandate and properly exercised its discretion in determining the former husband’s actions justified an unequal distribution.
