Congratulations to Bill Palmer and Shannon McLin who successfully defended on appeal a final judgment of dissolution of marriage entered in Bay County! The First District Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court’s judgment, rejecting arguments that the trial court erred in equitably distributing the marital assets, ordering the sale of the marital home, addressing the former husband’s pension, and failing to award the former husband funds he claimed to have used to repair the marital home.
A per curiam affirmed opinion was rendered February 11, 2022.
