Florida Appeals attorney Bill Palmer attended the annual conference of the Council of Chief Judges of State Courts of Appeal (CCJSCA) in Boston from October 26-30. Conference speakers included Supreme Court Justice Steven Breyer and former Solicitor General Ken Starr. The CCJSCA is a national organization of current and past chief judges of state intermediate courts whose mission is to promote the improvement of the administration of judgment, rules and methods of procedure, and the organization and operation of intermediate appellate courts. As a former chief judge of Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal and former President of the CCJSCA, Palmer remains an active member of the Council.
