Florida Appeals successfully defended a nonfinal order granting Appellee husband’s rule 12.540 motion to vacate a final order adopting a marital settlement agreement that was procured by duress. The parties participated in appellate mediation, resulting in the Appellant former wife’s voluntary dismissal of the appeal and global settlement of all litigation.
